How much input will I have?: The more information you provide, the better. Our #1 priority are your business goals. We will make sure to create a tailored solution that is in line with your business objectives. We value your input every step of the way.

Can we use my existing logo, company slogan, etc.?: Yes! An existing logo, slogan, etc. is not required. However, if you have an existing logo or any other existing company materials, Web409 will provide the custom service(s) you selected and still utilize these materials to meet your goals.

After I make a purchase, what information will you need from me?: We will send you a very simple form to fill out to describe your company profile, contact info, products and services, and any other information you’d like included in your online presence. By the way, if you are too busy to fill out these forms, you can certainly call us and explain the information over the phone. Generally, this is a 5-10 minute process.

May I purchase multiple services at the same time? How will that affect completion dates?: Yes! You can select 1 or as many services as you’d like. In turn, you can specify which services are the most critical to your business. If the answer is ALL, then we will prioritize them in a sensible manner and send you a detailed completion date for all of the services.

Do I need a technical person on staff to utilize any of your services?: No. We are your technical staff during this process. There is no need to hire someone extra. As long as you know your business and can describe it to us in layman’s terms, we will take care of the rest.

What does ‘Website Maintenance’ or ‘Website Updates’ mean?: Keeping your website up-to-date is essential in having repeat visitors to your site. Do you offer payment plans?: We ask for payment before we start. However, keep in mind, there are never any hidden fees and of course we guarantee all of our work. You have no risk and no hassles while working with us. Certain restrictions may apply for longer duration projects and we will provide the payment schedule in detail before we begin. Payments plans are not available for web hosting and SEO services.

Where did you come up with the name Web409?: We wanted something short and easy to remember. The ‘Web’ portion is pretty straight forward. The ’409′ portion is inspired from the popular cleaning product. Our passion is creating fresh, stunning, and easy to use websites. We see so many outdated websites on the web that need a lot of ‘cleaning up.’ So we decided to put the two together to create ‘Web409.’

What is your typical turn around time?

Due to the high level of custom work and the collaborative process involved, it’s difficult to predict an exact turn around time. Completion times will also vary with how quickly you provide feedback and approvals at each stage of your project. It is certainly in our interest to finish as quickly as possible. However, we make sure to take the proper amount of time for each project to include all the important elements in order to be successful. Generally speaking, we can complete any of our service plans within a month and some even within a week.

Will you custom design my website?: Yes! Once your purchase 1 or multiple service plan(s), we have you fill out a very simple questionnaire. This will provide us with your business information and allow us to provide very relevant and customized images, information, and layouts on your website. This process helps your business appeal to your customers.

Can you help us select a domain name for our business?: Yes! We offer several brand management service packages. There is 1 that includes domain name ideas. We have three different online strategy packages that we can offer your business.

Will I be able to easily manage my website?: Yes! If you select a package that includes a CMS (content management system), you will be able to add/edit/delete most all content of your website on the fly for FREE. Generally speaking, how does the process work?
